Front Office Agent (m/f/d) - Full-time, without night shift
The VOYA Hotel is the relaxed base for guests who want to experience something.
With 110 modern rooms and 40 lodges we offer space to arrive, take a deep breath and recharge your batteries before moving on to the next adventure in one of Germany's most popular adventure regions.
To ensure that our guests feel well looked after right from the start, we rely on a Friendly, structured and professional front office.
At the same time, we create working conditions for our team that are predictable and leave room for maneuver: Shift operation without night shift, digital processes and relaxed cooperation.
To strengthen our team we are looking for a Front Office Agent (m/f/d) in Full-time.

Your role
As Front Office Agent (m/f/d) you are the first point of contact for our guests - organized, attentive and service-oriented.
You ensure that our guests' stay runs smoothly from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Your tasks
- Check-in and check-out
- Guest care and advice during the stay
- Telephone and written communication
- Administration at the front office
- Working with the MEWS hotel operating system
- Advice on offers and services of the house
Your profile
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Enjoy contact with guests
- Career changers welcome
- Very good written and spoken German, good knowledge of English, other foreign languages an advantage
- Reliability, team spirit and organizational strength
- Experience with PMS systems desirable, but not a must
