The position
As a housekeeper, you are responsible for the organization, quality assurance and coordination in housekeeping and act as a Central interface between the hotel and our external cleaning service.
You maintain an overview, work in a structured manner and work with everyone involved to ensure that standards are adhered to and processes are implemented smoothly.
Your tasks
- Organization and coordination of daily housekeeping processes
- Inspection of rooms, lodges and public areas
- Ensuring and further developing quality and hygiene standards
- Organizing, guiding and supporting the housekeeping team
- Close cooperation with front office and technology
- Management of laundry, cleaning agents and work materials
- Reporting and tracking of technical defects
Your profile
- Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a managerial or coordinating role
- Structured, responsible and independent way of working
- An eye for cleanliness, detail and quality
- Organizational strength and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of German
- Friendly, professional demeanor

Front Office Agent (m/f/d) - Full-time, without night shift
The VOYA Hotel is the relaxed base for guests who want to experience something.

Night Auditor (m/f/d) - Full-time
In the VOYA Hotel every story begins with a good arrival and ends with a calm, reliable conclusion. With 110 rooms and 40 lodges, we are the relaxed base for guests starting their next adventure or coming to rest after an eventful day.
While others sleep, you make sure that everything is right in the background. As Night Auditor you take responsibility for the house at night and ensure that service, security and numbers are in balance.
We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor m/ f/ d to join our team on a full-time basis.

The position
As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for the entire night shift independently. You are the first point of contact for our guests and are also responsible for the operational and administrative stability of the hotel.
You carry out the daily closing reliably, monitor processes, identify discrepancies at an early stage and ensure that the new day can start cleanly prepared.
Your tasks
- Independent execution of the daily closing in PMS MEWS.
- Control of postings, invoices and payment flows.
- Cash management and reconciliation.
- Looking after our guests during the night.
- Check in and check out for late arrivals or early departures.
- Creation of reports for the hotel management.
- Ensuring order, safety and peace and quiet in the building.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in night audit or at the front office.
- Very good understanding of processes, figures and system logic.
- Structured, precise and responsible way of working.
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage.
- Independence, decision-making ability and professional demeanor.
- Experience with PMS systems, ideally MEWS.
