The position
As a housekeeper, you are responsible for the organization, quality assurance and coordination in housekeeping and act as a Central interface between the hotel and our external cleaning service.
You maintain an overview, work in a structured manner and work with everyone involved to ensure that standards are adhered to and processes are implemented smoothly.
Your tasks
- Organization and coordination of daily housekeeping processes
- Inspection of rooms, lodges and public areas
- Ensuring and further developing quality and hygiene standards
- Organizing, guiding and supporting the housekeeping team
- Close cooperation with front office and technology
- Management of laundry, cleaning agents and work materials
- Reporting and tracking of technical defects
Your profile
- Experience in housekeeping, ideally in a managerial or coordinating role

The position
As Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensure that all processes are well coordinated.
You are the link between the operational departments, the hotel management and external partners.
You are present in the day-to-day business, keep an eye on processes and interfaces and work with the teams to ensure clear, functioning standards.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the smooth running of day-to-day operations
- Coordination and management of the operational departments
(including front office, housekeeping, reservations) - Leadership, motivation and further development of the teams
- Management and control of external service providers
- Ensuring and further developing quality and service standards
- Close cooperation with the hotel management
- Analysis and optimization of processes and workflows
- Operational presence in the company and active complaint management
- Working with the PMS MEWS and other digital tools
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the hotel industry or service sector
- Several years of experience in an operational management position in the hotel industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Structured, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Confident handling of PMS systems (MEWS an advantage)

While others sleep, you make sure that everything is right in the background. As Night Auditor you take responsibility for the house at night and ensure that service, security and numbers are in balance.
We are looking for an experienced Night Auditor m/ f/ d to join our team on a full-time basis.

The position
As a Night Auditor, you are responsible for the entire night shift independently. You are the first point of contact for our guests and are also responsible for the operational and administrative stability of the hotel.
You carry out the daily closing reliably, monitor processes, identify discrepancies at an early stage and ensure that the new day can start cleanly prepared.
Your tasks
- Independent execution of the daily closing in PMS MEWS.
- Control of postings, invoices and payment flows.
- Cash management and reconciliation.
- Looking after our guests during the night.
- Check in and check out for late arrivals or early departures.
- Creation of reports for the hotel management.
- Ensuring order, safety and peace and quiet in the building.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in night audit or at the front office.
- Very good understanding of processes, figures and system logic.
